Access Datix xAgents

Get started with Datix xAgents in minutes. This guide will help you access the platform and set up your account.

🌐 Accessing the Platform

Web Application

Datix xAgents is a web-based application accessible from any modern browser.

URL Format:

https://your-domain.com

For local development:

http://localhost:5173

🔐 Creating Your Account

Sign Up

1. Navigate to the registration page: /register
2. Fill in the required information:
   • Full Name: Your first and last name
   • Email: Your work email address
   • Password: At least 8 characters with:
     • 1 uppercase letter
     • 1 lowercase letter
     • 1 number
     • 1 special character
   • Organization Name: Your company or team name
3. Click "Create Account"
4. Check your email for verification (if enabled)

First Login

1. Navigate to the login page: /login
2. Enter your credentials:
   • Email address
   • Password
3. Click "Sign In"

Forgot Password

If you forget your password:

1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for reset instructions
4. Click the reset link (valid for 1 hour)
5. Create a new password

🔒 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For enhanced security, enable 2FA:

1. Go to Settings → Security
2. Click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication"
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app:
   • Google Authenticator
   • Microsoft Authenticator
   • Authy
   • 1Password
4. Enter the 6-digit code to verify
5. Save your backup codes securely

When you first log in, you'll have one of these roles:

• Settings: Account and organization settings

Quick Stats

• Total queries today
• Active data sources
• Available agents
• Recent query activity
